About me

I started my career as a fashion buyer, but I always knew I wanted to be a maker—someone shaping experiences, not just curating them. As UX began to take root as a discipline, I found my home in design and research, growing alongside the industry itself. Over time, I expanded my skill set across the full product experience, working alongside brilliant product leaders who shaped not just my career, but my belief in how impactful, empowered teams are built.

I’m a product leader who believes great teams need vision, direction, compassion, courage - and sometimes a little push. Working in small to mid-sized businesses has allowed me to lean into what I do best: being proactive, ambitious, hands-on, and always up for learning something new. I don’t wait for change - I drive it.

One of my core beliefs is that to stay creative, grow as a leader, and build better products, you need to immerse yourself in different industries, audiences, and challenges. I’ve worked across B2B and B2C, spanning retail, beauty, financial services, data tech, sports media, and gaming. I love the challenge of landing in new territory and figuring out how to make meaningful impact - fast.

MY LEADERSHIP STYLE

My leadership style is transformational, visionary, and human-first. I meet people where they are, understand what drives them, and help them see where they could go. Then I challenge them - supportively - to get there.

I believe real growth comes from stretching boundaries, learning through doing, and having a clear sense of purpose. I set high expectations, but I give people the tools, trust, and space to meet them.

I lead by listening, by giving credit generously, and by creating a culture where everyone has a voice - and knows it matters.
